The Junior Account Executive will assist the Account Executive representing the agency and must be professional and prepared at all times. Candidate must be client focused, extremely detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This person will have the ability to act as junior liaison between the client and the agency and will posses the ability to follow through a project from start-up to completion with limited supervision. This person will manage vendor relationships and assist the AE in making sure jobs are on-time and on-budget. The Junior AE will also oversee client invoicing and reconciliations. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and work well under pressure is a must. Must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done. This position takes a person eager to learn the Marketing Agency Business and work in the Luxury Real Estate Market.
2-3 years working in a professional environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, multi-tasker with the ability to keep multiple balls in the air at once
Analysis-minded with a focus on metrics and attention to detail.
Be able to understand the big picture and comprehend a variety of types of marketing projects.
Be responsible for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, real-time media world.

Solid computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or 2+ years of hands-on experience.
