Stuart, FL (October 22, 2007) Cotton & Company has signed a contract with Hutchison (Development) Bahamas, a division of Hong Kong-based Hutchison Whampoa Limited (HWL) to manage the advertising, marketing, sales and public relations for a luxury resort project at Silver Point on Grand Bahama Island.
