Naples Reserve Sweeps Collier Buildings Industry Association's 2017 Sand Dollar Marketing Awards

Widely regarded as the hottest new community in Southwest Florida, its easy to understand why following the results of the Collier Building Industry’s Sand Dollar Awards. The iStar developed community won big at the recent event, garnering top honors in several prestigious categories. Naples Reserve took home the hardware in five categories including:

  • Best Social Media Marketing

Naples Reserve’s development team engaged Cotton & Company, an industry leading real estate marketing firm, last year in conjunction with the grand opening of its new Island Club amenity center. The firm’s challenge was to position the community as a fun-filled, tropical destination, with 22 interconnected lakes. Together, the team executed the comprehensive program to introduce the market to the “Casually Awesome” lifestyle of Naples Reserve.
