Unique Challenges

Cotton & Company was selected to develop the brand for this extraordinary new luxury condominium centered around a high-level of personal service and panoramic views of the Equestrian Preserve. As a non-waterfront property, establishing an ultra-luxe position and conveying the unique nature of this community was essential to the presale sales launch by Douglas Elliman. A lifestyle photoshoot was essential to creating the brand personality throughout the website, brochures, video and digital marketing programs.

34 world-class condominiums, ranging from 2,910 to 5,900 sf, showcased by refined details and top-shelf finishes that communicate the traditional, yet contemporary design aesthetic. The amenities include a high-end Fitness Center and Spas, rooftop pool and private cabanas, Bar and Lounge, a Library, an expansive private dining room with catering kitchen and outdoor terrace. Guest Suites and private poolside cabanas are also available for purchase. Priced from the $2 millions.
