A Ronto Group project, located in the heart of downtown Naples, this four-story residence with 73 units was designed by MHK Architecture and Planning and interiors designed by Renee Gaddis Interiors.
The Ronto Group purchased an in-fill property on the outskirts of downtown Naples, Florida. Located on the site of a previously failed project, the development plan faced a lengthy approval process and reluctance in the community. Cotton & Company launched the project with a strong social marketing and digital campaign to engage with the consumer and promote the walkable lifestyle coming to the area. Naples Square met its presale requirement on the first of four buildings, generating 55 sales in the initial six-month period.
Amenities include pavilion bar with gas grills, heated pool and spa, gas fire table with seating, controlled access to the building and courtyard, secure under-building parking, bicycle storage, fitness center with state-of the-art strength and cardio equipment, club room with bar, terrace and large-screen TVs and billiards room and professional building management with full-time maintenance and housekeeping staff. Priced from the $600s.
