Ft. Lauderdale’s first condominium hotel, in conjunction with Hilton Hotels.
As the region's premier condominium hotel project, the initial challenge was to educate the marketplace on the advantages of condominium hotel ownership. The property had been previously introduced to the market, under the name "Costa Dorada," with a slightly ethereal, Asian-influenced platform. Cotton & Company decided to reintroduce the property to consumers without a brand, and focus on selling the location, amenities and benefits of condo hotel ownership.
Condominium hotel managed by Hilton Oceanfront, located on Ft. Lauderdale Beach, with a pool, spa, restaurant, hotel services managed by Hilton, including a rental management program. Pricing from the $200s to more than $2 million.
