This urban in-fill location encompasses one square mile in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. As the result of a highly competitive acquisition process, the Kolter Group is developing Florida’s first master-planned community dedicated to the changing needs of the emerging market. An intense focus on connectivity, technology, walkability and innovation called for a progressive brand identity. Cotton & Company also developed a compelling communications program to engage consumers throughout the year-long infrastructure development.

Community

Planning includes homes, shops, hotels and businesses, including 3.8 million square feet of biotech and office use and the planned expansion of The Scripps Research Institute. The location features 136 acres of lakes, parks, preserve and open space.
