Ibis Golf & Country Club in West Palm Beach was developed by Kitson & Partners. A wide variety of neighborhoods were released over a 10-year period in this master-planned private club community with multiple golf courses. The Ibis Clubhouse and tennis center are the social centerpiece of the community.

In order to capitalize on the strength of its financial position in a down market, Cotton & Company implemented a corporate brand strategy. The Kolter branding bar was created to identify the numerous communities as Kolter properties, without compromising the authenticity of the marketing for each individual community.
